If you are a new parent and you would like to apply for a place for your child at Mount View International Primary School and Early Years Centre, Please Read the following instructions before downloading the Enrolment Form.
- 1. The Enrolment form should be filled in BLOCK LETTERS and in BLACK INK
2. The applicant/parent should sign off before submitting the form
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE FORM:
* Copy of child’s/Children’s birth certificate or First page of passport.
* 1 Passport photo
* School leaving certificate from previous school.
And a MK 15,000.00 registration fee.
HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATION FORM AFTER FILLING IT IN
NOTE : We have attached a fillable PDF admission form.
1. Download the form
2. Fill it in on your computer or any device you are using. Note that you can also attach a passport sized photo to the form.
3. Remember to save it.
4. You can send your form to the email : headteachermvips@gmail.com or print it out and hand it in person to our Administrator , School bursar or Head teacher along with the other documents and registration fee.
Alternatively, you can fill in the admission form with a pen after downloading it and hand it in along with the other documents.
